An excellent addition to your baking ingredients with its great texture and softness; cake wheat flour is made by removing the germ and bran layer from wheat kernels and grinding the endosperm into flour. Cake flour is considerably superior to white bread flour since it is whiter in colour which will bring out a perfectly fresh bake in all you set out to make.
