FREE DELIVERY on Orders Over US$50

Enjoy free delivery to your home or to selected Electrosales shops in Harare when you spend more than US$50.

Shipping & Handling Fees

For orders below US$50, a flat shipping and handling fee of US$5.00 will apply.
This fee applies to all delivery methods, whether it’s home delivery or pickup from selected Electrosales locations.

Please note: At this time, delivery and collection services are available in Harare only.

Dispatch and Delivery Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 days. Deliveries are handled by our in-house logistics team.

Packaging and Handling

Your items are packaged with special care, especially fragile products.
We use sturdy, appropriately sized boxes to ensure maximum protection.

Please note: While we take every precaution, all shipments are
dispatched at the customer’s own risk.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Damaged or Defective Goods:
If goods are damaged or defective at the time of collection, notify our staff immediately. Confirmed defects will result in in-store credit (no cash refunds).

NO RETURNS FOR

Used, consumed, or altered items. Goods violating hygiene standards (e.g., opened food, cosmetics).
